Natural Selection’s pitted golden dates, grown in a Tunisian Oasis, are a wonderful cooking ingredient for a range of sweet and savoury dishes from North African Tagines, to puddings, bread, cakes, and other sweet desserts. Try stuffing with fillings such as almonds, candied peel, peanut butter or (even better) marzipan.

These divine organic dates are grown in the Djérid Oasis deep in the heart of the Tunisian Sahara, where the palm trees bask with their heads in the sun and their feet in the sustaining waters of the Chott El Djérid (we wish we were there too!). Their soft, gilded flesh and aromatic and toffee-like flavour ensure they are some of the finest available anywhere in the world.
