Natural Selection Chopped Dates are wonderful added straight from the packet to cake mixes, such as walnut and date. Also stir into bread, muffin and cookie mixes. The intense rich flavour and chewy texture of the dates add a new dimension to a variety of dishes including casseroles, pilafs and salads. For a natural good source of fibre, low fat cereal topper, try mixed with other Natural Selection dried fruits.

These succulent dates are nurtured in sultry Middle Eastern palm groves and naturally sun dried before we chop them into baking-friendly nuggets. We then add a sprinkle of rice flour to prevent them sticking together, making them simpler to cook with.
